GreenCAE respects users' privacy and is committed to protecting their personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

Data we collect

Through the contact form, we collect the following data: full name, email, phone (optional), company, sector and message. We do not collect special categories of data.

Purposes of processing

• Respond to your commercial and technical queries about the CAE System.
• Send you an estimate or proposal.
• Keep a record of communications to follow up on the project.

Legal basis

Processing is based on the user's consent expressed when submitting the form, and on the legitimate interest of attending a commercial request.

Retention period

Data is kept for as long as needed to respond to your query and, where applicable, manage the contractual relationship. If we do not engage, data is deleted 12 months after the last contact.

Recipients

Data is not transferred to third parties. Where necessary to deliver the service, technology providers acting as data processors may access it (web hosting, transactional email platform). All comply with the GDPR.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection at any time by writing to cae@greencae.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if you believe your rights have not been respected.
